Under Article 19 of the Taiwan Consumer Protection Act, you may cancel your order within seven days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
This period is for inspecting the item, not for trying it out. If the goods show use beyond what is necessary for inspection, or are damaged, soiled or carry residual odour, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to charge for restoration.
Made-to-order items and goods produced to your specified size or specification are excluded from the seven-day cooling-off period, in accordance with Taiwan's Regulations on Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal in Distance Selling.
Refunds are issued within 7 business days of the returned goods passing inspection. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your payment method and card issuer; card refunds typically take one to two billing cycles.
To exchange for a different size of the same item, follow the return process within the cooling-off period; shipping for the replacement is paid by you. To change to a different item, please return and place a new order.
If an item arrives defective, incorrect or damaged in transit, email photographs to info.13co@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Where confirmed, 13co. covers all shipping and will replace the item or refund you in full, as you prefer.
Several of our garments are hand-dyed, wax-finished or leather-worked. Variation in colour, creasing, uneven texture and visible stitching are characteristics of these materials and processes, not defects.
Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days. Weekends and public holidays are excluded.
For pre-order items, the dispatch date stated on the product page applies. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items ship together once all items are ready; email us after ordering if you need them sent separately.

The rate calculated at checkout is final. We do not currently ship to countries outside those listed; email us if you would like us to.
For Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu, please email us before ordering to confirm rates and delivery times.
Import duties, taxes and customs handling fees on international orders are payable by the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Where a parcel is returned because the recipient declines to pay them, return shipping and related charges will be deducted from your refund.
Please enter your name, phone number and address accurately at checkout. Where a parcel is returned because the details were wrong, the phone number unreachable, or delivery was repeatedly unsuccessful, reshipping is paid by you.
A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships.
If a parcel is lost, or arrives with visibly damaged outer packaging, email photographs to info.13co@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will file a claim with the carrier and either reship or refund.

Submitting an order and paying constitutes an offer. A contract is formed only once we have confirmed stock and payment and issued a dispatch notice.

Product photographs may differ slightly from the physical item depending on lighting and your screen. The material and country of origin stated on the product page govern.
Prices are in New Taiwan Dollars and include tax. We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already placed.
Payments are processed by ECPay. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Your payment details are handled by the payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
Our trademarks, product designs, photographs, copy and site interface are protected by law. They may not be reproduced, adapted, distributed or used commercially without our written consent.
We take reasonable care to keep the site running but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for delay or loss caused by events outside our control, including natural disasters, industrial action, carrier delays, and network or third-party service failures.
We may revise these terms and will post the revised version on this page. Continuing to use the site after a revision constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). The Taiwan Taipei District Court is agreed as the court of first instance for any dispute.
Contact details (name, email, phone, shipping and billing address), order history, payment confirmation data, and technical information about your device and how you use the site.
To process and deliver your orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and—where you have opted in—send marketing emails.
Shopify, which hosts this store; ECPay, which processes payments; and the carriers who deliver your order. Each receives only what it needs. We do not sell your personal data.
We never see or store your full card number. Payment data is handled directly by ECPay.
